**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform carpentry, framing, woodworking, etc. with precision and attention to detail
- Fabricate and finish custom multi material architectural products and furniture pieces
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Work with wood as well as other materials such as metal and decorative concrete (asset, not required but willing to learn)
- Use Festool tools and Domino joinery systems
- Operate and maintain shop equipment, including CNC machine
- Assist with site installations when required
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Support the team with miscellaneous fabrication tasks and problem-solving
- Follow all company procedures in safety, fabrication, training, etc.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in construction, millwork, woodworking, concrete, or related field
- Strong craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, materials, and processes
- Open-minded and able to take on a variety of tasks in the shop and on site

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week
