**We are looking someone to join our team in Millbrook (Treaty Trail)**

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for their guests by coordinating the team to exceed expectations on every visit. The Shift Supervisor leads their team in caring for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty to their restaurant. The Shift Supervisor also ensures the team contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant, and achieving financial results on their shift.

**JOB TITLE**: Supervisor

**PAY RATE**: Starting at $13.90/hr - $14.90/hr (previous relevant experience considered as well)

**START DATE**:As soon as possible

**WORKING SCHEDULE**: Full-time OR Part-time (flexible hours)

**ADDRESS**: 7 Treaty Trail, Millbrook, NS

**CURRENT OPERATIONAL HOURS**: 7 days a week, 7 AM - 10 PM

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Working in a fast-paced & noisy environment
- Working with hot products and equipment, cleaning materials and chemicals and sharp objects (knives, slicers, etc.)
- Use of portable or step ladder may be required
- This position requires the employee to stand for an extended period of time
