Main Responsibilities:

- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
- Advise customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc. (within timeliness standards)
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary to charge the correct, current price of SKUs.
- Affirm the client’s purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement & complete initial selections and build sales.
- Ensure client is aware of promotions that may impact sales.
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap are
- Assist sales team in providing personalized service, store client purchases at cash wrap, process holds, locate merchandise, etc.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas, re-merchandise products if shipments were received.
- Help with organizing and cleaning duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred.
- Having the ability to work in a fast paced environment and wiling to learn.
- Able to work a flexible schedule (weekend is a must).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- High school degree

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
