**Job summary**:
**The job**:

- Use your attention to detail to accurately and efficiently process paperwork for motorcycle deals, all for the purpose of providing a truly awesome customer service experience for every single client that walks through the door
- Build your knowledge on all financial products to be able to completely meet the needs and wants of our customers
- Execute all company policies and processes with great success
- Offer dope new ideas to improve customer service and workplace functionality
- Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives because it’s your passion, or at least you pretend it is
- Keep all documents and information safe and secure

**Shifts**: Monday to Saturday

**The requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years dealership finance experience
- Strong financial acumen, enough to put the calculator on your phone to shame
- A passion for leading and managing change for the purpose of continuous improvement
- Valid class 5 driver’s license required
- Experience riding motorcycles is an asset

**Wage**: Commission only, can earn up to $130k/year

**Experience**:

- Finance: 3 years (preferred)
