We are seeking a great, reliable, dynamic Cashier to join the team. This is a key position that requires a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**What will you do in this role?**

**Duties**:

- Greet and proactively interact with all guests throughout the dining room
- Actively seek out guest feedback and encourage satisfied guests to post Google reviews
- Resolve any guest complaints promptly and go above and beyond to ensure service recovery
- Manage interactions with third-party delivery drivers, ensuring efficient and timely order pickup
- Handle guest phone calls, professionally managing both positive and negative feedback
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the dining room and all washroom spaces
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth guest experience

- Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or as a shift leader is an asset
- Ability to handle moderate physical demands: standing and walking for extended periods

**Experience**
- Prior experience in restaurant / hospitality required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Go-getter and extraverted attitude is a must
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
