Landmark Club Group Inc. is seeking a world-class Vice President with comprehensive responsibilities for the entire operation from inception to maturity development of land projects and beyond, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

**Duties**:
The Vice President will be responsible for project realization and sustainability of large multi-use land development projects including, but not limited to:

- Senior advisory to ownership in the formulation and provision of objectives and policies;
- Establishment and implementation of financial and administrative control policies;
- Overall management of planning and organizational structure;
- Establishment of major departments and team building;
- Allocation in material, human and financial resources;
- Regulatory compliance;
- Representation of the company in negotiations or other official functions.

**Qualifications required**:

- Ten or more years of commensurate leadership experience in real estate development sector
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related major
- Working knowledge of architectural and land development concepts
- Applicable analytical, organizational and capital project management skills
- Management of complex capital projects required
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision, with flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
