The DevOps Center of Excellence and Platform team is looking for a highly motivated Staff Technical Product Manager for our DevOps Platform and related Cloud Platform, to lead the evolution of these platforms with new features through open source, vendor, and in-house developed solutions. This leader will drive for improved scalability and streamlined operations, supporting the development of our cloud practices and DevOps infrastructure to meet the needs of our products.

Your Day To Day:
As Staff Technical Product Manager some of your responsibilities are:
- Along with the DevOps Management and Product Management teams, hold the vision for the next generation of DevOps and GoTo Cloud Platforms and communicate the vision across departments- Collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to understand the requirements and prioritize the roadmap to provide the most value for our users- Leads quarterly and monthly plannings of the DevOps organization-
- Stay up to date with the technologies and identify opportunities to leverage for our product- Participates in project planning, reviews, sprint and release planning, demos- Monitors teams’ velocity and seeks to continuously improve product development process- Actively inspects usage and other metrics to make data driven decisions to influence direction and roadmap- Seeks, and considers, customer feedback through different channels- Manages cross-product dependencies

What We're Looking For:
As Staff Technical Product Manager your background will look like:
- 6+ years of experience acting as product owner, product manager, architect, or other equivalent experience- Proven data-driven approach to decision making and execution- Able to analyze complex issues, while also capable of visualizing and communicating your insights with the larger organization- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time- Ability to innovate with designs to go beyond what was asked for directly- Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment.- DevOps software development experience, working with Kubernetes and public Cloud are desired- Fluency in English is required
