**Summary of Opportunity**:
Davenports Auto Parts, located in Orangeville, Shelburne, Bradford and Alliston ON, is a market leader in the distribution of auto parts and supplies. We are currently looking for an experienced, customer focused, sales oriented, responsible, hard working and accountable Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative. This position involves playing an active role in the entire customer experience. This individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, in a fast paced, team-oriented environment and any other duties that may be required by the Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play an active role in the sales and customer service operations.
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure needs are being met.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with the formal quoting process.
- Proactively research products to maximize understanding of key features and benefits.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining store inventory.
- Actively assist in the identification and development of the product offering.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and delivery of product when necessary.
- Ensure that the store appearance is organized, clean and presentable to customers.

- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- A resourceful, self-starter, with a problem-solving attitude.
- The ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task.
- Desire to work cohesively as a team.
- Desire to learn and grow with the company.
- Proficient reading, writing and computer skills.
- 5+ years of inside sales experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

**Conditions**:

- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
- Every other Saturday 8:00am - Noon
- Pay; TBD
- Benefits available after 90 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
