Atlantic Road Construction & Paving is a growing heavy civil construction company specializing in mass excavation, drilling & blasting, pipeline & underground utility placement, concrete placement and asphalt paving. Our team has made some great progress this season, and there is much more work to be done We are looking for individuals with experience working in the heavy civil construction industry to join several of our crews.

**Requirements**:

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude and safety conscious outlook towards work.
- Reliable, punctual & organized.
- Experience operating heavy equipment considered an asset but not required.
- Ability to complete physically strenuous manual labour work.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Daily inspection of tools and equipment.
- Complete a large variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labour.
- Ensure company equipment is operated, cared for, maintained, and used effectively.
- Daily involvement in safety conscious activities and tailgate meetings.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all rules and regulations set forward by the Foreman.
- Learning how to operate a wide variety of heavy equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman and other team members.
- Other various construction related activities as instructed.
