Position Overview: We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, competently completes tasks and can come up with creative ideas and solutions. Opportunities to work with CNC machines / 3D printers and laser cutters. In this role, you’ll work hands-on, assembling and installing floor systems, wall and ceiling panels, insulation, soundproofing, and wiring.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in design and custom developments. By working directly with our Engineering team.Responsibilities: Assist in the construction and assembly of van conversions, including framing, finishing, and cabinetry. Perform carpentry tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials with precision. Also doing some simple 12V wiring.

Operating a CNC machine.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Qualifications: Experience in carpentry, van conversions, or similar trades is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand and power tools; experience in woodworking is an asset. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Can maintain a safe, clean and organized work space.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic electronics is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
