**Operations Analyst**

The Operations Analyst is responsible for evaluating the company’s operations and procedures, identifying any shortcomings or opportunities for improvement, and develop SOP’s and implement new projects or programs to ensure optimal performance and output. Committed to drive culture, continuous improvement, and the quality of goods produced in the facility. The Operations Analyst is also responsible for building and maintaining internal relationships with all departments and individuals, ensuring the integration of strategic plans within Filtration Group. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, develop and maintain SOPs for each manufacturing function
- Maintain KPI boards and provide results and action plans to daily operation meetings
- Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations
- As Health and Safety Coordinator, promote safety attitudes, safe work practices, as well as manage, maintain, and administer the Health and Safety program with the objective of minimizing accidents, injuries, and environmental damage.
- Meet regularly with lead hands to discuss results from previous shifts and review corrective actions
- Involved in PLS (Product Line Simplification) process
- Monitoring and tracking scrap daily to be in control with waste management
- Develop and maintain training program for new and current employees
- Track and monitor raw materials inventory daily

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a business technical field
- 1 or more years' previous management experience in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership abilities
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on manufacturing and business processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, procedures, and other operational issues
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- PC proficient with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative problem solver who adapts to change in a positive manner, offering ideas and insight

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
