Predator Ridge Resort is celebrating our 33rd year and we employ 400 team members seasonally. We provide a

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting to the Director of Golf, we are seeking an energetic, service-driven, passionate individual to lead our
and Member Services area as well as design, delegate and implement memorable membership events. Predator
a positive impact on our guests as well as with our team.
- Lead, manage, hold our Member Services Team accountable for the overall member services experience.
- Be an Integral member of our Golf Operations Management Team.
- Plan, implement and work with our golf operations team on our Member Leagues
- Plan implement and work with our golf operations team on our Member Events
- Design, implement as well as coordinate with our Marketing team on timely Member communications.
- Oversee as well as collaborate with our Operations Manager and Director of Golf on the efficiency of our
- Member Tee Sheet Experience.- Is a visible participant in all Member Leagues/Events.
- Promotes amenities, activities and facilities and directs guests.
- Greets members/guests in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- Manages ‘day of’ bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
- Answers golf related phone calls and efficiently responds to requests.
- Acts as first-line trouble shooter and promptly follows up on feedback.
- Actively participates in Predator Ridge events when required.
- Ensures that member group golf carts are appropriately staged and ready on time.
- Supports the Golf Shop as necessary.
- Coordinates golf lessons and packages.
- Assists with other duties as may be required.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Knowledge of the game of golf.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lift heavy objects.
- Experience with MS Office suite.
- Ability to manage numerous tasks with a variety of different personalities while working towards
- solutions and an amazing guest experience.- Available for a variety of shifts including weekends and early mornings.
- WHMIS.

**COMPENSATION:
- $26 per hour
