**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D.
- Participate in project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct construction estimating to support project proposals and client presentations.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on business development initiatives.
- Prepare detailed drawings and models for presentations and client meetings.
- Support the renovation and building processes by conducting site visits and inspections.
- Engage in negotiations with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and project management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for architecture with an eagerness to learn about the industry.
This internship is an excellent stepping stone for aspiring architects looking to build their careers in a supportive and innovative setting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
