Residential House Cleaner (Contractor Role)
We’re Tidy Up North — a fast-growing house cleaning brand based in the Halton Region. We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors.

If you take pride in spotless homes, work well on your own, and want consistent weekly gigs without corporate drama — we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Cleaning client homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
- Providing a 5-star customer experience — clean, courteous, and professional
- Bringing your own cleaning supplies and transportation
- Updating us via app before/after each clean (photos, notes)

**What you get**
- 50% revenue split per job (Most of our cleaners make $23-$32 per hour equivalent depending on speed and tips). You'll know the full job payout before each clean - no surprises
- Since you'll be a contractor, there are no payroll deductions/taxes - you're in full control of your income
- Flexible schedule — you pick your availability

- No need to chase leads — we bring the bookings to you

**Qualifications**
- 1+ year experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Your own vehicle and cleaning supplies
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Friendly and respectful with clients
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Liability insurance or willingness to obtain it

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $22.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
