**Responsibilities**

Work with the paralegal team to ensure an efficient running of the service, including:

- Corporate maintenance of a limited number of WSP Global Inc. and of certain other Canadian holding companies (less than 15);
- Maintain legal structure charts and master list of all corporate changes, including through regular communication with the regional teams, review of supporting materials and periodic audits;
- Review minute books and making recommendations in the event of irregularities, both locally and abroad with the support of local counsel as needed;
- Prepare company documents required for submission to clients, regulators and other stakeholders;
- Manage, in collaboration with other members of the team, corporate reorganizations, dividends and other intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions, and preparing the underlying legal documents;
- Prepare the corporate documents, including with local counsel when necessary, relating to mergers and acquisitions;
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents;
- Participate in updating reference documents on the legal team's intranet;
- Participate in updating the company's legal entity database;
- Conduct legal research for the company;
- Assist in the preparation of various documents for the legal department;
- Perform all related tasks.

- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in paralegal technology;
- Five to ten years of relevant experience as a paralegal;
- Bilingual (French and English), verbal and written;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Self starter; takes initiative;

- Professional judgment and ability to establish a high degree of credibility;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite (including Vizio);
