**Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our vibrant team at Tim Hortons in Canada. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a leader in the specialty coffee industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Engage with customers to promote new products and upsell items.
- **Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in food preparation or service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to operate POS systems effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- A passion for coffee and the food industry is an asset.
Pay: $17.37 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.50 per week
