**Job Overview**:
As a Mill Operator - Trainee employee at our Thorsby office you would be responsible for aiding in the day-to-day operations of the company. You would be required to work individually, but also as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities would entail a variety of duties such as (but not limited to) operation of roll forming equipment, fabrication of materials to CSA standards, repair & maintenance according to manufacturers specifications, other duties assigned by the Facility Superintendent.

**We are looking for**:

- machine manufacturing experience in a production type setting
- mechanical aptitude/ability to trouble shoot mechanical problems
- welding experience is an asset but not necessary
- first aid training would be an asset
- be physically fit (bend, crouch, kneel, handle heavy loads, fast paced environment, work outdoors)
- excellent communication, both written and verbal
- team player, mature, responsible
- ability to follow direction
