We're looking for you to join our team as a **Planning Performance, Digital Business Operations & Digital Specialist** in **Toronto, ON**

As the Specialist, you'll be playing a crucial role as a valued member of our Digital Planning team. Your team works closely with our business and technology partners, as well as our Digital Senior Management, business operation, product, engineering, and delivery teams to advance our strategies.

**Your duties will include**:

- Managing and monitoring the day-to-day completion of end-to-end planning processes, which includes ensuring the entrance/exit criteria of each stage in the planning process is being met within the defined SLAs and prioritization guidelines
- Analyzing the number and velocity of requests flowing through the work intake process and pinpointing bottleneck gates that hinder high-value requests
- Ensuring transparency on the overall condition of both individual and organizational level planning operations through producing reports and communications that simplify complex concepts
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of teams and project stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Project management and planning experience
- Understanding of Agile project management principles and practices
- Experience planning projects in an Agile environment
