**Summary**

As a Kitchen Team Member at DQ Grill & Chill in Fergus, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations while ensuring that every meal meets our standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and notify management when stock is low.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$19.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
