**About The Role**:
The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring team members deliver a high standard of client care while building positive client relationships. They, along with the facility director, ensure practice compliance with standard operating procedures, hospital protocol and all regulatory authorities. The PM manages the scheduling program that is aligned with budget, approving payroll, vacation and scheduling locum doctors as needed. This person conducts accounting and payable responsibilities and has oversight of inventory management, while monitoring performance against established monthly key performance indicators. The PM will coach and manage the team, outlining performance expectations and providing feedback while promoting an environment of collaboration and respect. This role will also require RVT experience. The RVT also assists the Veterinarian with medical, surgical and dental procedures, by using a range of diagnostic equipment, preparing patients, instruments and equipment for surgery; and administering and monitoring medicines under the direction of a Veterinarian. Experience in a Veterinary Hospital is a must.
