We are looking for a Prep Cooks/ Line Cooks & Chef who has passion for food, healthy culinary practices & is looking to take a step forward in their culinary journe.

it is a fast paced line, where every dish has several components, we intend to focus on quality and maintain a healthy work culture with work life balance.
We will be doing a fair amount of butchery, stock making, lots of sauces, steaks, etc

We have dishes with extensive sea food items & it is integral for applicants to have a good experience in past for this role.

As our Junior Sous, you will be expected to have your team members and lead them for service.

As our Line cooks we expect fast paced work during the service,maintaining your stations, and reporting to your CDP and junior sous for updates. As a prep cook you will be responsible for making all the individual elements of our dishes on the menu and execute chefs methods for butchery, stock making, cuts therefore it is integral to have a strong culinary background.

Junior Sous, you will be expected to have your team members and lead them for service.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
