**Quality Assurance Manager**: Our team in **Toronto** currently has an opening for a **Quality Assurance Manager** > **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Leads and inspires a high performing Operations Team that supports Brenntag’s Core Values and the Brenntag Way execution for business conduct and compliance; - Ensures a safe work environment at all times, reporting unsafe conditions immediately to Site Management; - Contributes to the delivery of service excellence to both internal and external customer groups; - Leads and/or assists in the compilation and submission of reports, surveys and audits required by quality systems registrars, suppliers, customers and trade associations. - Represent the company in customer, supplier and third party quality systems and environmental systems audits. - Assists in the ongoing development and maintenance of quality systems and environmental systems initiatives. - Plan, lead and execute quality systems and environmental systems audits to verify facility compliance with policies, procedures and system registrar requirements, and formulating and implementing preventative and corrective actions. - Helps to identify and resolve quality systems and environmental systems issues, Identifies and assists in root cause analysis and the formulation and implementation of corrective action to prevent re-occurrence. - Audits Brenntag Canada facilities, supplier facilities to detect existing or potential quality systems and environmental systems concerns. Recommends corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and assists in the implementation of corrective actions. - Leads in the training of managers and other employees on new quality and environmental systems systems, and other required training. - Manage Brenntag Canada Claims process involving stakeholders and legal as required to bring claims to a quick and efficient resolution ensuring Brenntag Canada interests are fully met, - Helps to devise, supervise, and coordinate training programs or media which will increase proficiency in quality systems and environmental systems. - Assists in the effort to standardize and maintain quality systems and environmental systems files and records to facilitate compliance and streamline retrieval when required. - Maintains a thorough working knowledge of both proposed and current quality systems and environmental systems programs that affect the chemical distribution industry. - Helps to assess current and proposed facilities, processes &, products for quality systems and environmental systems through change management process - Manage the Notification of Change procedure, - Document Control of quality documents, - Update and maintain all Quality Records (procedures, work instructions, specifications). - Lead QA training programs (i.e. 5 Why RCA). - Ownership of the Customer Complaint Program **YOUR PROFILE**: - Analytical thinker with project/quality/regulatory management experience - Post-secondary education, preferably within the chemical or engineering discipline - Experience in Manfacturing environment an assest - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a compliance-related role - Exceptional planning, prioritizing, and organization skills - Continuous Improvement, 6-Sigma background - Strong procedure development/writing - Presentation skills - Ability to interface with customers and internal stakeholders **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**:
