We are seeking an Unreal Technical Specialist proficient in Unreal Engine to enhance our 3D production team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in developing advanced workflow solutions and authoring tools within Unreal, using Blueprints to streamline processes, and has experience with 3ds Max.

Key **Responsibilities**:

- Tool and Workflow Development: Design, build, and maintain custom tools and systems within Unreal Engine to improve the production workflow.
- Blueprint Scripting: Leverage Unreal Blueprints to create robust functionalities and automate tasks in the production pipeline.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring solutions are efficient and scalable.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance of Unreal projects for stability and efficiency.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with both technical and non-technical team members to integrate systems and workflows, providing support and technical guidance as needed.
- Documentation: Document technical processes and tools clearly to support the team's understanding and usage.
- Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Unreal Engine technology and integrate new features to maintain a cutting-edge production pipeline.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Advanced Unreal Engine Expertise In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine, including asset pipeline, rendering systems, and Blueprints.
- 3ds Max Proficiency: Strong experience in using 3ds Max for modeling, texturing, and animation.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with C++ is beneficial but not required.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record in solving complex technical issues.
- Project Management: Experience in managing timelines, deliverables, and resources in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Performance: I would mention asset optimization experience for mobile/web platform
- Programming skills: MaxScript/Python knowledge would be great

**Educational Background**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive hands-on experience in technical roles within Unreal Engine environments may substitute for formal education.
