B620 Inspector

Keltic North Ltd is a Licensed MTO inspection station and holds a National Safety mark with Canadian Department of Transport; Final stage body and equipment.

**Job description**:
We are looking for a Mechanic with B620 Tank inspection experience to perform the following:

- Perform B620 inspection on petroleum cargo and bobtail propane tanks
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts of petroleum pumps and metering on heavy trucks
- Disassemble equipment to remove parts and make repairs
- Input data to DMS to calibrate LCR2 registers
- Reassemble equipment after competition of inspections, testing or repairs
- Clean, lubricate or adjust parts, equipment and valving
- Inspection experience with the following components: Valves, pumps, tanks, piping, fittings, heavy machinery;
- Experience with working on Heavy trucks is an asset
- Perform low and high pressure tests on tanks and their equipment using both air and water to identify any faults and for leaks
- Pressure test, repair and replace delivery hoses and fittings

**Required Skills**:

- MUST have own tools to be able to perform required duties of the position
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
- Punctual attendance
- Eagerness to work and get the job done right
- Great attention to detail
- Must have the ability to lift 50+ lbs.
