**Purpose**

We are looking for dedicated technicians to perform sheet metal structural repair and overhaul work on a large variety of aircraft components.

**What you’ll do**:

- Repair and overhaul airframe components in accordance with technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc);
- Meticulously read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions;
- Follow M1 manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations;
- Inspect parts for damage and discrepancies;
- Identify required parts, raw material, and hardware required to perform repairs;
- Snag any non-conformances to the Quality department and ensure appropriate disposition;
- Work closely with colleagues, team lead, and supervisor to ensure units are completed on-time according to planning/scheduling;
- Document completion of inspections and tasks, materials and equipment used, and sign-off/stamp for all your work;
- Be a role-model for safety and cleanliness in your work area.

**Your ideal background**:

- College diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience working with SRMs and CMMs on composite and/or sheet metal structure.
- BIlingual French and English.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Réparer et réviser les composants de la cellule conformément aux manuels techniques (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.);
- Lire et interpréter méticuleusement les manuels techniques et les instructions de travail;
- Suivre les manuels, politiques et procédures M1 pour assurer la sécurité, la qualité et la conformité aux réglementations ;
- Inspecter les pièces pour les dommages et les écarts ;
- Identifier les pièces, les matières premières et le matériel requis pour effectuer les réparations ;
- Signaler toutes les non-conformités au service de la qualité et assurer une disposition appropriée ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les collègues, le chef d'équipe et le superviseur pour s'assurer que les unités sont terminées à temps conformément à la planification/horaire ;
- Documenter l'achèvement des inspections et des tâches, les matériaux et l'équipement utilisés, et signer/timbrer tous vos travaux ;
- Soyez un modèle de sécurité et de propreté dans votre zone de travail.

**Votre parcours idéal**:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales en maintenance d'aéronefs ou équivalent;
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience pertinente;
- Expérience de travail avec des SRM et des MMT sur des structures composites et/ou en tôle.
- Bilingue Français et Anglais.
