Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with experience in retirement or long-term care (LTC) settings? Join our caring and collaborative team as a **Personal Support Worker (PSW) / Unregulated Care Provider (UCP)** in the beautiful Niagara Region.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and medication support.
- Foster a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Build meaningful relationships that support residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
- Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid PSW Certificate or equivalent training (for UCPs).
- Prior experience in a **retirement community or LTC environment** is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and making a positive impact.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
