**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer support.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Strong phone etiquette to create a positive impression on callers.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- We will provide training as needed.
Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
