Turf Team Landscaping is seeking a reliable and proactive Shop Keeper to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The Shop Keeper will play a critical role in ensuring our crews are well-prepared for daily operations. This position requires an **early riser** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at the shop by 6:00 AM to prepare for the day’s operations.
- Load trucks with the appropriate tools and supplies for each crew using a forklift as needed.
- Cut and prep artificial turf rolls according to project requirements.
- Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with other operational tasks as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with forklifts (certification preferred but not required; training can be provided).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment maintenance.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and handle manual tasks.
- Attention to detail, especially when managing inventory and preparing tools.
- Basic computer skills for inventory updates.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Work Schedule**:

- Approx. 2-4 hours per day.
- 5-6 days per week.
- Early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM.
