**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
Ø Greet and receive patients
Ø Explain the process and test to patients
Ø Receive referrals from doctor’s office
Ø Check and ensure patient information and family history is accurately completed
Ø Check health card number and version code
Ø Prepare patient for test
Ø Enter patient data into computerized echo machine
Ø Print final report and pass to doctor
Ø Print/mail/fax transcribed reports to appropriate doctors
Ø File transcribed reports
Ø Maintain cleanliness of echo equipment and room
Ø Order supplies cancel and rebook appointments
**Technical Competencies**
Ø Basic math
Ø Intermediate computer skills
Ø Read, write and speak English
Ø Operate and troubleshoot Vividi 1 sonography Machine
Ø Technical skills required by Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography Program

**Qualifications**
Ø Completion of post secondary education, Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography Program certification
Ø ARDMS and/or Cardup Certified preferred
Ø Valid Driver’s License
Ø CPR certified, AED certified

**Time Commitment **Flexibility in your schedule is paramount. Lieu time applies.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.50-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
