About the Role:
Responsibilities include:

- Support the employee lifecycle within the team including resource planning, hiring, onboarding and development;
- Responsible for the creation and management of the department budget which includes managing the rebill process to Bosa subsidiaries;
- Manage the contract lifecycle for all technology vendors;
- Manage the procurement, vendor management, and contract lifecycle for all technology vendors;
- Modernize and manage the warranty, inventory, asset management, and fulfillment operations within the technology team;
- Design, develop, implement, monitor, and measure performance of the Technology ecosystem and services;
- Develop processes to solicit feedback from stakeholders and determine needs;
- Build and implement standard operating procedures for across the Technology Department to ensure there is consistency across the team;
- Manage documentation, polices, and training related to the process.

What you Bring:

- Minimum five (5)years of proven success in an operations management role;
- Strong skills in budget development and management;
- Demonstrated ability to create process and structure that supports others to do great work;
- Customer focused with the ability to understand needs and design customer centric solutions;
- Influence skills and experience negotiating contracts;
- Solid understanding of technology;
- Strong understanding of systems and processes for managing a technology team (SLA’s, Change Management, etc.).
