At **Butts Auto Service,** we’re not your average repair shop—we’re a full-service, locally owned, customer-first pit crew that believes in changing the industry one car (and one happy customer) at a time.
As our newest **Service Advisor**, you’ll be the glue that holds the team together. You’ll:
- Translate customer “clunks, rattles, and mystery noises” into technician work orders.
- Keep the workflow organized and efficient (think traffic controller, but for cars and car people).
- Prepare quotes, explain repairs, and handle billing without breaking a sweat.
- Be a customer superhero—answering questions, solving problems, and diffusing the occasional road-rage-level frustration with charm and humor.
- Work closely with our talented technicians and service manager to make sure nothing slips through the cracks (except maybe the occasional dad joke).
**What we’re looking for**:
- Someone organized enough to keep cars, customers, and coworkers in sync.
- A multitasker who can handle ringing phones, scheduling jobs, and reassuring customers all at once (bonus points if you can sip coffee too).
- A people person who loves building relationships and turning stressful car days into smooth ones.
- A cool head who can handle customer complaints and turn them into opportunities to shine.

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour
