Reporting to the SVP of People & Culture, with functional direction from the People & Culture Leadership Team, the **Human Resources (HR) Associate** provides a high quality of communication and organizational support to the entire People & Culture business unit on a daily basis. The HR Associate functions as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, both in person and on the phone, to the People & Culture office. The HR Associate is responsible for interacting in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner with all individuals seeking HR help. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, responding to all general incoming inquiries, organizing, and maintaining employee files, updating selected databases, coordinating bookings, and completing HR reporting. The HR Associate maintains a high degree of confidentiality, manages own work efficiently and effectively, accepts accountability for own actions and demonstrates flexibility in meeting the needs of the team.
