**What the position entails.**

**Skills and responsibilities**:

- To promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all Colleagues
- To demonstrate a complete knowledge and understanding of all steps of service and duties
- To assist all Guests with any inquiries or requests in a pleasant, helpful manner
- Enhance guest experience by assisting servers
- Carrying out any miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as requested by your Manager pertaining to total quality service
- Maintain tables throughout dining experience
- Clear all tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and dirty linen
- Assists with set-up and tear-down of all equipment and furniture in the outlet paying specific attention to any reservations or group bookings
- Run food to tables and expedite
- Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area
- Ensuring that all opening and closing duties are completed
- Perform other tasks as needed or as directed.
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Minimum 2-year experience in a fine dining environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
