Currently, we're working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield. Motive is looking for a **World Art Director.**
**Responsibilities**
- As a World Art Director at EA, you will define the direction of our environments and help create extremely fun, satisfying and polished experiences for our players.
- Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will work under the guidance of the Game Art Director, collaborating heavily with the World Leadership team and other directors on the project to develop and hone a cohesive vision for the game.
- Your work will consist of developing clear, documented directions, while also driving effective art reviews with staff and partners, providing clear feedback to help artists and external teams achieve their goals.
- Work closely with the production and development leads to track, organize, maintain, and document production progress.
- Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of superlative respect, trust and collaboration for the environment art team, and across the entire game team.
- We are looking for individuals that have a proven eye for visual quality and who incorporate the rich history of visuals and technology from games - as well as culture, fashion, and film - to create the future of what gamers will experience.
- In addition, you have shipped a high-quality game in a role where you were responsible for guiding artists, critiquing their work, creating visual targets, and mentoring them. Art leads are encouraged to apply.

**Qualifications**
- Worked on multiple titles, most likely with 5+ years experience.
- A broad understanding of everything visual. This includes other media and a range of techniques.
- Led a large team of Artists. This includes mentoring of several sub-leads.
