**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
- Oversee administrative tasks including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cashiering operations to ensure accurate transactions and maintain cash control.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance and employee concerns.
- Organize store layout and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential areas for growth or improvement in store offerings.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in training development and employee supervision.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a retail context.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A background in market analysis or product buying is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
