**EXPERIENCED FLAT ROOFING ESTIMATOR**

Keller Roofing is currently looking for a full time experienced flat roofing estimator with knowledge of the following roof assemblies: 2 Ply Modified Bitumen, Built Up, TPO, EPDM, PVC and Garland.

  • previous flat roofing experience and/or cost estimating, sales experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to may close attention to details
  • Able to multi task & handle multiple assignments/projects at once
  • Able to read, interpret and understand blueprints
  • Good practical and people skills
  • A valid driver’s licence and clean drivers record
  • Able to work well with others in a team environment as well have independently
