**TAHK Projects Ltd**. is an Edmonton based Industrial Construction Company that proudly services Western Canada’s Oil and Gas industry construction needs. We are searching for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Team.

**Title**:Project Manager

**Summary**:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing allocated contracts and fostering a positive relationship with the Client by planning, monitoring, controlling reporting, and administering the project to a successful completion.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate the hiring or re-allocation of project staff and advise project staff of their job responsibilities;
- Review the estimate (and project execution plan) and manage the project within the proposal guidelines;
- Chair meetings and generate the project budget;
- Ensure accurate and timely project reporting is maintained;
- Work closely with quality department to ensure all inspections and documentation are accurate and maintained properly;
- Participate in and assist in completing audits with the Quality Manager;
- Responsible for preparing a detailed sub-contractor requisition prior to utilizing or procuring;
- Review all productivity reports generated prior to issue and be able to qualify any impacts causing low productivity factors;
- Knowledge of RFI and EWO logs that are detailed yet concise;
- Determine the level of schedule detail required for the project and maintain a 3 week look ahead;
- Ensure the Client is informed of any impacts on the project including HSE, Quality, Cost, Schedule, etc.;
- Review and approve all billings before they are issued to the Client;
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial construction, involving civil, structural, or mechanical scopes;
- Must be able to properly interpret the scope of work and project specifications;
- Must be able to quantify activities, materials, and supplies;
- Must be able to determine critical paths;
- Strong understanding of construction safety and quality control;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Skilled in MS Office (specifically Excel);
- Experience with MS Project and Primavera is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Engineer in Training (EIT) or certification or degree in construction management;
- Experience with cost estimating industrial projects;
