Junior Vice President of Sales and Operations

This is an entry level executive position. You will be excpected to manage day to day operations of the business with a focus on sales and growth. As your efforts will be tied directly to the bottom line, your compensation will be as well. We are prepared to offer a generous base salaray plus commision structure that will allow us all to have immense success.
**Junior VP Sales and Operations**
As the Junior Vice President of Sales and Operations (JVPSO), you will be responsible for building Credential Lock, Door and Glass’s reputation as a leading service company. Through leadership of the teams and close cross-functional collaboration, the JVPSO will lead the development of all sales and marketing initiatives, from research and insights to strategy, execution and evaluation. This is a key cross-functional leadership role requiring a global outlook, collaboration with technicians and management, as well as Strategy, Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications.
The JVPSO will require strong organizational leadership, strong sales experience with proven results, a strategic mindset and a strong sense of cross-functional business leadership. This role will drive transformational growth for the business and brand at high velocity.
The JVPSO must also Drive a culture of excellence while managing customer service, and day to day operations. Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute on the organization’s strategies and overall vision. Engage and execute strategies to grow and expand the business and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains administrative staff
- Recruiter, interviews, hires, technical staff with the support of the president
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
**Drive Team Performance**
- Provide outstanding leadership by creating a vision, gaining buy-in and supporting the team through to execution
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Proactively mediate and resolve any concerns or escalations that require additional leadership support
- Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategies to hit targets and drive profitability
- Drive and increase margin
- Provide hands-on leadership and drive accountability through performance feedback.
- Pursue and manage corporate strategies and targeted initiatives including loyalty programs
- Deliverer education on key tools to new hires, existing employees, and management, sales and non-sales.
**Reinforce Operational Standards**
- Create a continuous improvement culture by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and improving sales
- Help control expenses, including staffing, supplies, systems & services
- Work closely with business leaders to assess financial performance and ensure alignment with overall financial strategies
**Strategic Business Planning**
- Build strong relationships with managers, management, and service to develop a Nationwide strategy - Canada
- Develop awareness of market and partner with local communities, businesses, and customers to create opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with business partners to execute strategy for marketing initiatives, collection results, and expansion plans
- Deliver training for new and existing employees, and manage agenda
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs
**About You**:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Economics, Business, or Marketing or related field from an accredited institution
- Management of a marketing team with diverse skill sets
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop plans that will drive results in the short and long term with ability to mentor, develop and coach a team to ultimate performance
- Sales leader with over 5 years of experience
- Managed all aspects of the sales process
- Up to 5 years of Customer Service experience
- Up to 5 years as a successful people leader
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
