**What would be your responsibilities?**
The SAP Inventory Clerk is primarily responsible for managing the inventory and SAP transactions at a specified group of Plants & Distribution Centers which includes inventory transactions, inventory reporting, document control and P.O. entry. They will also assist with troubleshooting issues and supporting the plants with inventory related items.
**We need you to**:
**Inventory Control**
- Complete daily required transactions in SAP/Bluebee for the assigned group of Plants - Receiving, Stacker Reports, Treating Charges, Tarping Report, Rework & Reman Reports etc.
- Understand and utilize product specifications to efficiently enter all transactions
- Complete daily any other required transaction in SAP/Bluebee for the assigned group of Plants
- Coordinate and prioritize completion of SAP/Bluebee inventory transactions to ensure stock movement is prompt and does not delay regular inventory transactions at the plant and shipping levels
- Liaise with internal departments (Procurement, Shipping, Sales & Operations) to troubleshoot inventory issues and design processes as required
- Daily review of open RTV’s and Exchanges to confirm on time pickups and replacements are scheduledr
- Review and confirmation of all submitted RTV and exchange paperwork before it is processed - ensuring all parties are following the approved RTV and exchange process to minimize stock loss
- Work with assigned Plants & DCs to correct inventory issues as they arrive (ensuring proper count procedures are followed)
- Assist with physical inventory count setup and planning and acting as a resource for plant questions
**Coordination of Customer Returns and Exchanges**
- Assist with maintaining a log of all outstanding, in progress, and completed RTV’s and pending customer exchanges
- Inspect and verify all exchange paperwork before it is forwarded for processing
**General**
- Assist with other general administrative duties related to Operations as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
- _**Proficiency in French, spoken and written is an asset**_
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and re-prioritize tasks as necessary
- Attention to detail, monitor and check work or information
- Problem solving and prioritization
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and BlueBee System, SAP)
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter, highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Experience with SAP is an asset but is not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
