**Job description**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Housekeeping team including Housekeepers, Laundry Attendants, General Cleaners. A Housekeeping Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and guidance to the team, ensuring the guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest level of service.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To assist in supervising and overseeing the performance of the housekeeping department.
- Prepare daily room assignments and key distribution to room attendants.
- Oversee laundry operations if on site.
- Daily room inspections.
- Communication with other departments as Front Desk, Maintenance and Food & Beverages.
- Input guestroom information into the computer system.
- Assist with cleaning rooms as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews as required.
