**Responsibilities**:
This position supports the store operation by completing the following:
- Receive visitors and telephone calls ensuring individuals are properly directed within the dealership
- Prepare bank deposits and balance cash receipts
- Post customer payments through multiple platforms - online/EFT/E-transfer/cheques
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their charge accounts
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Record standard accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
- Maintain accounts payable or accounts receivable records on a daily and monthly basis
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and submit supporting paperwork
- Distribute mail and maintain dealership files
- Draft letters as requested and prepare documents for distribution
- Provide administrative support to the sales, parts, service departments and the Executive Management team
- Participate on the Joint Health & Safety and Social Committees
- Orders office supplies for the store location
- Must follow standard operating procedures and health & safety rules in performing work assignments
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- General accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Business Administrative diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License
