**What You’ll Do**:
As Assistant Director, you will be a key player in shaping the daily life of our center. You’ll work side by side with our Educators and Director to create an environment where children, families, and staff feel valued and supported. Every day will bring new challenges and exciting opportunities to lead, collaborate, and inspire
**Lead and Inspire**: Help guide an amazing team of educators, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure they thrive in their roles.
**Create a Fun & Safe Environment**: Be hands-on in creating and maintaining play spaces where children can learn, grow, and play.
**Engage with Families**: Build strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring they feel connected and informed about their child’s journey.
**Oversee Operations**: Collaborate with the Director to keep things running smoothly, from managing schedules and staff to ensuring we meet all licensing and regulatory standards.

- **Experience/Qualifications**:
- MUST HAVE Level 2 or 3
- 2 or more years of Director/Supervisor experience in a licensed child care facility
- Current First Aid in Child Care, Clear Current Criminal Record Check /Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.05-$30.62 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
