**PORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (seasonal, part-time)**:

Working in the Port of Vancouver, you offer support and direction to ensure guests disembarking their cruise connect on our correct tour, while ensuring accurate tagging, storage, or transport of their luggage. You are a team player with a guest focus and thrive working in the fast-paced port of Vancouver environment.

Are you passionate about living in Vancouver and love public speaking? Do you like to entertain your friends and family with stories about your favourite restaurant or attraction? Do you enjoy being an independent leader in your work, and going out of your way to provide a remarkable experience? If so, our Step-On Guide role may be a fit for your outgoing personality. You will work a flexible full or part-time schedule onboard our motorcoaches offering tours throughout Vancouver, while providing engaging, informative and entertaining commentary to our guests from around the world.

**DISPATCH COORDINATOR (seasonal and year-round, full-time or part-time)**:

This role is the heartbeat of our touring operations With a keen focus on attention to detail and guest experience, you plan, prepare and support our drivers and guides in the delivery of our daily sightseeing tours. Working closely with reservations, and our mechanic and service cleaning team, your collaborative teamwork is paramount to ensure we exceed our guests’ and customers’ expectations. You bring inspired leadership, a team orientated approach, a colleague focus, problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a BC Class 2 unrestricted license with air brake endorsement, that would be ideal. Shifts may start as early as 6 am, and end by 9 pm.

**CLEAN TEAM MEMBER (seasonal and year-round opportunities, full-time or part-time)**:

Do you like working outside? Do you prefer physical work? Then our Vehicle Service Cleaning Team may be a fit for you. This role services our fleet of vehicles once they return to our operations base in Burnaby. A thorough and diligent approach to cleaning the interior and exterior of each vehicle is required to ensure our fleet goes out on tour each day looking squeaky clean. Vehicle detailing experience would be an asset. Pride in your work and attention to cleanliness detail is a must Shifts generally start late afternoon/early evening.

**SALES & MARKETING**:

Are you passionate about Vancouver, speaking to new people, and sharing ideas on things to do in our beautiful city? With a focus on selling our Hop-On Hop-Off city tour plus sightseeing tours and attractions, we are looking for outgoing, customer-oriented, sales driven team members to work a flexible full or part-time schedule. During a shift, you may work outside or inside, and at various locations around downtown Vancouver selling our tours to visitors from all over the world.
