**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a snow plow truck to clear snow and ice from parking lots, and designated areas.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plow truck.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize areas for snow removal.
- Clear and salt/sand surfaces as necessary to prevent hazardous conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, routes covered, and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate efforts and address any issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license.
- Experience operating snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment.
- Knowledge of safe and effective snow and ice removal techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in response to changing weather conditions.
- Physical ability to perform the tasks required, including heavy lifting and prolonged exposure to winter weather conditions.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call

**Experience**:

- Snow removal: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Dartmouth, NS (required)

Ability to Relocate:
