**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Focus:_
- Prepare and distribute high volume of monthly invoices
- Accounts Receivable function, perform customer collection calls
- Set up and maintain project budgets and accounting in our Project Management system
- Vendor Support:_
- Coding and entering vendor invoices, noting discrepancies, and following up
- Accounts Payable function
- Staff Accounting Support:_
- Entering employee expense claims
- Matching visa statements with supporting documents and entering, following up on discrepancies with the card holder
- Responding to inquiries from staff promptly
- Back-up for Staff T4’s, Government T4 filing
- Back-up for Payroll and Record of Employment filing
- Team Support:_
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits and other banking tasks
- Assist the Director, Finance & Administration with Year End financial tasks
- Weekly/monthly/annual government liability payments and filing
- File financial documents; reorganize and maintain a proper filing system
- Month End Reconciliation and working papers
- Monthly journal entries
- Year End Reconciling and closing
- Be back up for the other Financial Administrator and Office Administrator during busy times and vacations
- Other duties as required

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong foundation in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have excellent attention to detail, organization, problem solving and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Passion for accounting and administration
- A demonstrated focus on efficiency with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong data entry skills
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience in working with financial/bookkeeping software

Fotenn offers competitive salaries, health benefits and a progressive work environment. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
