We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated After Assurance Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest quality standards for their residential development projects in Prescott-Russell. **Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee quality control processes for all aspects of our residential development projects, from construction materials to workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs and standards to ensure the delivery of top-tier construction and workmanship quality.
- Collaborate with construction and quality control teams to identify and resolve construction specifications or quality concerns efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- **After Sales Service**:

- Lead and manage the after-sales service team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of homeowner concerns, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Utilize your construction knowledge to oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and warranty-related services to meet stringent quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure efficient customer engagement and records of interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and provide homeowners with a seamless and consistent after-sales experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (construction management, engineering, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and after-sales service, with a focus on residential development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including CRM systems.

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
