**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize Parts ordering programs like Carquest and Pro-link among others.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards in all work produced.
- Compare prices between suppliers making sure to be cost effective while balancing delivery speed time when needed
- Be able to guide apprentices if they need assistance with their jobs in a way that they learn from the experience and come away with a better understanding of how to do it the next time
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate calmly, clearly and tactfully with Customers and Employees ensuring the best possible experience and a fun but energized and focused work environment
- Quality Control, making sure vehicles go out in a timely manner and have been properly diagnosed and repaired and test driving repaired vehicles to confirm repair is satisfactory
- Identify and address issues to keep things flowing smoothly and avoid come backs

**Experience**
- Experience in the trade and leadership role experience and/or ability is crucial
- Electrical Diagnosis experience, scan tools, pro demand etc..
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
