**Job purpose**

Build long lasting relationships with clientele, consult, and provide high quality services and recommendations based on their concerns and skin type

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Makes follow up phone calls, leaving positive impressions to clients
- Management of personal VIP contacts via Microsoft excel; identify opportunities and reach out to clients (e.g. for product replenishment, for stock update, special promotions or events)
- Achieve personal targets and help reach store monthly and daily targets
- Sign up customers
- Replenish stock and regular maintenance of store cleanliness, ensuring that the visual merchandising follows Marketing’s directions
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and set up of store
- Follow merchandizing guidelines as per company standards.

Competencies:

- Basic understanding of MS office - Excel and word
- Extensive knowledge on beauty trends and skincare products
- Passion for luxury beauty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable on the phone

**Qualifications**

Qualifications include:

- Able to speak a second language, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean
- Bondable
- Must be strong in communication, and able to work under pressure,
- Work independently
- Build your clientele
- Close sales and meet sales targets, daily, weekly, and monthly

**Working conditions**

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Work under pressure, work as a team player.

**Physical requirements**

Must be able to lift boxes up to 30-40lbs.

**Salary**: $15.65-$16.65 per hour
