**In this role, you will be required to organize and oversee the following**:
- Must be Canadian resident, Location: between Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal
- Subtractor or Part-time.
- Install, service and manage a variety of projects for customers.
- Company Vehicle and tools provided for full-time employee
- Provides preventative maintenance activities for customers by diagnosing equipment malfunction and any operating deficiency of the mechanical equipment to ensure quality work performance for the customer base.
- Perform work on minor construction and remodeling projects
- Functions as the manager of a job-managing multiple resourced, direct, and indirect associates on related projects in and out of assigned region, as needed.
- Create parts list of materials, coordinates logistics of resources and materials for timely, efficient, execution of pro
- jects.
- Manages schedule for project timelines and execution.
- Performs quality assurance paperwork in a timely and concise manner to help streamline billing.
- Manage all assigned projects and contracted field personnel to meet customer requirements for schedules and budgets.
- Promote the Company’s core values and culture to other employees, customers, and potential customers.
- Track, identify and communicate the completion status of each project to customers and management.
- Identifies areas of improvement on projects to increase efficient project completion while limiting facility down time and/or customer loss.
- Manage travel and entertainment expenses appropriately by adhering to company expectations.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. with no assistance and also be able to sit and/or stand for several hours at a time.
- Must have a good driving record and be able to work independently.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekend availability (for travel), 75-100% travel
Supervision and Leadership:
You will have frequent communication with your direct supervisor for instruction and guidance. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall quality by, Director of Administration and Senior Project Manager. You will be tasked with working with a well-rounded corporate team. Your standard workdays will vary Sunday-Friday (typically 2 weeks on, 1 week off). You will be expected to work an average of 50hrs/week. At times, additional weekend work may be necessary to help support critical or short notice operational requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: “Part time” $50k - $70k / “Subcontractor” rates to be negotiated
Travel and Per Diem: Company vehicle is offered, gas reimbursed, Per Diem provided during travels
