**Hockey/Baseball**Teacher**

Temporary Part Time - 0.5 FTE

**Duties to commence**: August 27, 2025 until June 29, 2026**

**Qualifications & Duties**:

- Committed to being a model and witness to Christ-centered education values and beliefs.
- Possess a Bachelor of Education and valid Alberta Teaching Certificate.
- College Certificate in Catholic Education is considered an asset.
- Major or Minor in Physical Education.
- Skill and experience working with other coaches is an asset.
- Training and experience in hockey or baseball/fastball is preferred.
- Coaching/Instructor Certification in hockey or baseball/fastball is an asset.
- Close communication with the Sports Academy Administrator and Sports Academy staff, other coaches, parents, and teachers in Academy schools is required.
- Energetic and passionate about promoting and implementing this program.
- Skilled at and excited to work with students from Grades 4-9 in large and small groupings.
- Travel between a variety of fitness locations within St. Albert.
